Tim Outlaw
President

Tim founded Train The Nations in 2022 after working 16 years in ministry. He has been serving persecuted Asia since 2010. He has worked in nine countries, predominantly in Asia and remotely helped get training resources to more than 30 nations. He also, is a best-selling author with Kharis Publishing. Tim was ordained by First Christian Church in Harlingen, Texas and has an AA in ministry from Vision International.

Sara Outlaw
Vice-President

Sara is a founding member of Train The Nations. Sara grew up in Africa as a missionary kid and begin living in Asia in 2010. Working with her husband Tim, Sara has equipped more than 30,000 churches in persecuted nations with Bible training resources. Sara is a licensed minister with Elim Fellowship and has a BA in ministry from Southwestern Assemblies of God University.

Pastor Ryan Brewer
Secretary

Ryan has served in youth, family, and worship ministry for 26 years. He has a B.S. in Bible and Counseling from Atlanta Christian College, a Master of Arts in Discipleship from Dallas Baptist University, and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from Dallas Baptist. Ryan’s passion is to assist families in strengthening their marriages, discipling their children, and sharing their faith for the expansion of God’s kingdom.

Dale Donnelly
Board Member

Dale Donnelley is a Michigan native who served the Lord bi-vocationally in many capacities throughout his career with General Motors and post-retirement has been serving as a volunteer whenever the opportunity has been given. He’s served roles from Sunday School teacher to Senior Pastor, to cleaning bathrooms, to the ministry of tables and chairs, and many years ministering in music and worship leadership. His primary areas of ministry are singing, writing, preaching, and teaching. In recent years he has served as Nation-2-Nation Christian University as Registrar, as Campus Care Pastor, and now as Mid-South Representative from his home in TN. Dale is an ordained minister through Elim Fellowship.

Megan Salazar
Board Member

Megan and Sara have been friends since they were babies and Megan is Sara’s primary prayer partner and they pray every week together. Megan lives in Michigan with her husband and kids. She homeschools her 3 kids, loves Jesus and is devoted to raising her kids in the Lord.
